By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to Toylogic Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Toylogic") processing your data for the purposes described in Article 5 in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy. Section 1. Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies only to "Warlander" and related websites (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services").

Toylogic may collect device data, log data, cookies, and other anonymous identifiers when using the Services. When especially necessitated for the operation of the Service, such as when receiving inquiries from you, the user, we may ask for your name, e-mail address, the third-party service in use, the login ID for the third-party service, country/region of residence, language, time zone, and other relevant information.

Toylogic may use personal data for the purposes set forth below.

- Provision of game services and improvement of game services (including resolving technical glitches and prevention of cheating or disruptive activities in-game)
- Statistical research and data analysis for the purposes of improving the Services, including the development of new features and future betterment of the game
- Response to user inquiries and providing customer support
- Provision of necessary information for users, such as updates, security alerts, and support data
- Provision of special information, updates, and other new services and promotional information from Toylogic or third parties
- Prevention of infringement of copyrights and other rights
- Notification to users of changes to Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, etc.
- Other purposes when personal data is collected from users and stated separately

For residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the following applies.
Toylogic processes your personal data in accordance with one of the legal bases (Articles 6 and 7) stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). Toylogic processes your personal data on the following legal basis.
(1) Performance of a contract (GDPR: point (b) of Article 6(1))
Toylogic processes your personal data for the following purposes out of necessity for the performance of the contract or in order to take measures requested by you prior to the conclusion of the contract.
(1) Provision of game services and improvement of game services
(2) Responses to inquiries, consultation and complaints, and resolving disputes

(2) Legitimate Interests (GDPR: point (f) of Article 6(1))
Toylogic will process your personal data for the following purposes where necessary to pursue Toylogic's legitimate interests (GDPR: point (f) of Article 6(1)).
(i) Statistical research and data analysis for the purpose of improving the Services, including the development of new features and future betterment of the game
(ii) To process cookies necessary for the provision of the Services
(3) Consent (GDPR: point (a) of Article 6(1))
Based on your consent, Toylogic will process personal data for the following purposes (GDPR: point (a) Article 6(1)).
(i) To process cookies (excluding the cookies stipulated in the preceding paragraph (ii)) and your personal data obtained through such cookies
(ii) To provide special information, recent updates, and other new services or promotional materials related to the Services from Toylogic or third parties upon request or with your consent
The provision of personal data as described in (i) above is an essential condition for providing the Services, and if you do not provide such personal data, Toylogic will not be able to provide the Services to you.

Section 6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Toylogic may share or disclose your personal data as stipulated in Section 2 with third parties to the extent necessary. Personal data disclosed to third parties will be used only for the following purposes, and third parties may use the personal data for the period necessary to achieve such purposes.

(i) Provision of Services
If you choose to participate in a game or service on the Services, we may share your personal data. In addition, if you enter a sweepstakes, contest, or other promotional events, we may use your personal data in order to conduct the relevant promotions.

(ii) Data Storage and Management
To store and manage data on servers, we may transfer your personal data to Microsoft Corporation, Inc. and other cloud service providers.

(iii) Customer Service, etc.
Third parties to whom we outsource tasks related to the processing and fulfillment of orders, providing customer service, maintaining and analyzing data, sending customer communications, collecting entries for contests, sweepstakes and other promotions, selecting winners, and providing prizes (including contractors that provide customer service, such as Zendesk Inc., SHIFT Inc., and Keywords International Co.) will assist Toylogic with its services and provide other administrative services to Toylogic, and will also handle any relevant data. When Toylogic outsources all or partial personal data to third parties, Toylogic creates a confidentiality agreement and other personal data protection agreements with the outsourced party and makes every effort to ensure the security of the personal data. If you do not wish such third parties to receive your data, please do not provide your personal data to Toylogic by entering your personal data within the Services or by any other means.

(iv) Compliance with Laws and Regulations, etc.
Toylogic may provide personal data to public institutions such as courts of law and competent regulatory authorities (i) when required by law, and (ii) when necessary to protect Toylogic's rights or property, or to protect the life, physical well-being, or property of an individual, in response to an emergency situation when difficulties arise in obtaining consent from the individual. (1) If you request disclosure of information about yourself, Toylogic will disclose the information without delay after confirming your identity. However, if disclosure would result in any of the following cases, Toylogic may decide not to disclose all or part of the information, and will notify you to that effect without delay.

(2) If you request Toylogic to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correct, etc.") personal data on the grounds that the information is not correct, Toylogic will, without delay and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, conduct the necessary investigation, correct, etc. the personal data, and notify you to that effect, excluding where special procedures are provided for in other laws.

If certain conditions are met, you have the right to receive personal data concerning you in a commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to transfer such data to another controller without interference form Toylogic (GDPR: Article 20).

Section 9. Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Data
If Toylogic receives a request from you to stop using or delete (hereinafter referred as "stop using, etc.") your personal data on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the previously publicized purposes of use or that it has been obtained through deception or other wrongful means, Toylogic shall, after confirming your identity, conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results of said investigation, suspend the use of the personal data and notify you to that effect. However, in cases where it is difficult to suspend the use of such personal data due to large costs involved or other difficulties in such suspension, alternative measures can be taken as necessary to protect the rights and interests of the subject in question, if alternative measures are possible.

If certain conditions are met, you have the right not to be subjected to automated decision-making (including profiling) based solely on data that would have some legal or similar material effect on you (GDPR: Article 22).

Section 10. Notification of Information Regarding the Service
Toylogic may send you information about the Services, including (i) notices regarding your use of the Services (including notices of violations of use), (ii) updates, and (iii) information or materials regarding transactions, products, and services you have purchased or selected.

Section 11. Data Retention Period
Toylogic will not retain your personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless there is a legal basis to do so. Individual retention periods vary depending on the type of personal data and the purpose for which the data was collected.

Section 12. Overseas Transfer of Data
If you provide personal data to Toylogic, such data will be stored in Japan. Section 14. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Toylogic reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy when necessary. When we do so, we will change the "last updated" date listed in this Privacy Policy. Before implementing changes to any part of this Privacy Policy, we may notify you in a notice on the Services or request your consent by posting a notice on the official website of the Services. Your continued use of the Services after receiving such notice constitutes your agreement to such changes, unless otherwise specified. Toylogic will not substitute your consent to the processing of your personal data with your agreement to this Privacy Policy. However, Toylogic may process your personal data without your consent to the extent permitted by law.

Section 15. Policy Regarding Children
Toylogic does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from users under the age of 13, nor does Toylogic knowingly allow such users to use the Services.
